Full Circle Norton Flywheel Details

Norton full-circle flywheel components before welding. This flywheel is used in a crankshaft designed for an engine that is used for touring, regular street riding or flat-track racing. This crankshaft is still lighter then stock so an engine with this crankshaft will accelerate faster then any stock crankshaft engine with the same modifications such as camshafts, bore size and compression ratio. Norton full-circle flywheel crankshafts will be dis-continued on June 30, 2016

Full-circle flywheel detail. Counterweight (not shown) is added after crankshaft is ground by the balancers. CNC machined pocket matches up with hollow part of Norton big end journal. No holes are ever drilled in an Ed G Crank for balancing purposes.
